Nvm lah, I always feel that celebrating of birthday is not necessary. Hee!

But of cos, it still feels good when people remember my day and send me wishes.

I have so many tasks pending to be excuted! I'm going to be very busy these months.

And a lot of catch up for my new job. So much to learn. I have been sick for my first 2 weeks and it's making me hard to concentrate.

So, today, my exam is over and I'm back to blogging!

Thanks for all your great wishes to me!

This morning, I dreamt that one of my tooth got losen and it keep shaking...

What is the meaning of your tooth/teeth falling out or loosen?

One of the many reasons is -

Remember when you were a child and a loose tooth was an exciting event? Remember how you pulled at it, gradually loosening it up until it finally fell from your gums, into your hands and you slipped it under your pillow with excitement knowing the tooth fairy was well on her way? Why isn't that same excitement present in tooth loss dreams?

One reason is because we are adults now. Whereas childhood tooth loss meant transitioning from a child to a grown-up, adult tooth loss means transitioning from a grown-up to growing old. Growing old puts us face to face with death and few people find much excitement in that transition.

How sad can this be? Haa!!

I started my new job only on 6-Oct.

Sad to say, I didn't get to attend those in the evenings! Which is within less than 2 weeks, I'd already missed 3 events!

No choice, I gotta go home and get enough rest to read up abit for my exams. It's too tiring after work.

I told them I will join them after my exam.

When I was with EA, as I joined them, I was handling the year's biggest event for EA.

This time round, it's the same thing. Everyone tells me that the first few days is like Orientation, very free one. But I was starting to handle admissions and the year's biggest event too! Which is - happening this coming Saturday!

I'm so stress up with my exam now... sob sob!

I got so much to update, so wait for it k! And of cos, those above mentioned luncheons will be without updates. Cos I'm still shy and I'm still new for them. So never go around take pictures yet. But I shall whip out my camera soon!

The girls did an early celebration for me as Jing is going to Vietnam while wifey and me need to study on my birthday weekend.

We meet at Vivo and as I was still having mild sore throat, I really don't feel like eating at Thai Express but the girls were somehow decided on the dining venue.

In the end, I didn't order my dinner cos I just don't feeling like eating Thai.

And after dinner, the staff brought out the cake for me.

Haa.. That's the reason why we were having our meal there.
I finished up the rest of the cake because that's my dinner! Hee!

Afterwhich, we went off to Sentosa!

To catch the "Song of the Sea" It looks like a village on fire.

At Cafe Del Mar...

Anne was very sick that night but she still came for my birthday night. Thanks girl!

Yesh, I still hate it hate it hate it!

Now, I have to take the ride from Clementi all the way to Bedok!!

So today, at around Commonwealth, just as a lady stood up from her seat, I was stepping forward to get the seat while this man who's near me exchanged a 1-second eye-contact with me. I was telling myself he, as a man, would let me have the seat ba... So I wanted to wait for his 'hand sign' to tell me to sit down.

But instead... YA, he took the seat himself!

Even the old uncle who's sitting beside him look at me then stare at him lah!

ARRRGGHHH! I swear I will never ever let a MAN to show his gentleman gesture anymore. So I tell myself, he better alight way after me to let me know that he is worth getting the seat!

And he actually alighted at Raffles Place!

I don't care and I stared at him when I got a seat at Outram Park as the old uncle stood up and asked me to sit. So I took a pic of him. He wanted the seat badly to read his whatever book.

Idiot-man!

Oooooh! How excited are we! This is the big day of our dearest friend of 14 years. I just feel so happy and touched to see my dear friend in her wedding gown.

Then we started preparing the gate-crashing items. And as the rest of the sisters reached, we started planning on the activities.

And there - Iris is all ready!

Gate crashing was crazy! Haaa... And we left with very limited time. Only 10 minutes. We can see 'nervous', 'nervous', 'nervous' all over Wilson's face.

Then we left for their house...


This is the first time, the threesome were together as jiemei! I love the corsage!


At Wilson's house...

As we reached back Iris's house, we rushed to the food. Heh!

At 1230pm, we left and reached home around 1pm. Took a power nap till 315pm, we quickly prepare and left for OCC at 415pm.

This is the night for our dear friend.

The first march-in... I cried when they played their childhood video. I can't control it! I used up one tissue lah! I just can't describe how I feel when I see my dearie got married.

2nd march-in with a surprise for Wilson as it is his birthday and as pre-planned, it went blackout while they were walking halfway down the aisle. It totally caught Wilson by surprise and he keep asking Iris to carry on walking.

Then Iris sang the birthday song. It was soooo sweet! Awww!

The host for the night, Mark. Very wonderful emcee. Mel says no wonder he is the Best Host for Star Awards. The rest of the jteam were all presence too.
